After successful completion of his technical studies at the Utrecht University of Applied Sciences in 1996, with specialisation in installation technology and management, Jacco started his career at Takenaka Netherlands BV (TNL) as technical adviser/project manager. At TNL, quality, time management and turnkey delivery of buildings and logistics property are of paramount importance.
After that, Jacco worked for four years at Kantoren Fonds Nederland (KFN), as Technical Asset Manager.
In order to further develop his skills in the working methods and needs of a range of fixed property owners, Jacco started working for the international property advisor, CBRE, in 2006. As Senior Technical Manager he gained extensive experience in technical, commercial and financial property management and led a team of technical managers. In his final role at CBRE, as Technical Director, he directs the Technical Support Group, where he works with his team to develop processes and quality control for the Property Management business unit. Jacco is regarded as an innovative and committed manager and an expert and broadly deployable adviser.
